 MCP Sport caters to the needs of the high performance athlete. The well certified, educated and experienced staff of MCP Sport will design and implement a training program for your specific needs.

Facilities

Located at Eagle Ridge Community Centre our facility is over 3500 sq. ft which includes:

  • Dumbbells from 8lbs to 125lbs
