I have had the pleasure of working out with Marty since the summer of 2012. Marty’s vast knowledge of fitness, nutrition and fitness programs has strengthened my weaknesses allowing me to focus on performing my job at an elite level. I have been training at MCP under the guidance of Marty for over six years.With the help of Marty’s expertise and the excellent facilities and equipment offered at MCP, I have seen constant improvement in my strength and conditioning year after year while being at MCP. Marty’s knowledge and person-ability not only teaches me the proper way to train hard while staying safe but also makes me look forward to coming to the gym everyday to improve my game.
MCP is a huge reason as to achieving the level I am at now as a player. The gym is the best facility I’ve ever trained at. And Marty takes the time to get to know each athlete and learn what the player needs to get to the next level. It’s also a positive and fun atmosphere to come to the gym everyday.
I have been fortunate enough to workout with Marty for the last 4 years. Marty’s attention to detail with strength, cardio & nutrition has taught me so much especially with the seasons getting longer. With Marty’s positive attitude and flexible schedule, he has helped me to maintain the strength I need to play at the highest level I can.
